During the 22 Fitness boxing class, you will participate in 11 rounds, each lasting 2 minutes. This class is designed for individuals of all fitness levels, so no prior experience is required. At the beginning of every class, you will be taught all of the combinations you will be using. After that, you will be directed to the bags to practice those combinations.

What sets 22 Fitness apart is our utilization of modern technology through our partnership with CORNER. With their innovative technology, you can track various aspects of your workout in real time. This includes monitoring your speed, power, total punches, intensity, and even your top combinations. This real-time feedback can help you train smarter and make progress towards your fitness goals.

The class starts with a 15-minute warm-up to prepare your body for the workout. Once the rounds are completed, the class wraps up with a cool-down session to help your body recover and relax.

Duration: 60 minutes

Class Structure:
1. Warm-Up and Technique Instructions (10 minutes):
- Start with a 10-minute warm-up to prepare your body for the workout.
- During this time, our experienced instructors will provide technique instructions to ensure proper form and execution of boxing moves.

2. Fitness Portion (44 minutes):
- The fitness portion of the class consists of 11 rounds, each lasting 2 minutes.
- Each round will focus on a combination of punches, footwork, and defensive techniques.
- Utilize modern technology in collaboration with Corner With covers innovative technology to track your speed, power, total punches, and intensity in real-time.
- Enjoy an active rest period of 1 minute between each round to catch your breath and prepare for the next challenge.

3. Cool Down and Stretch (6 minutes):
- Wrap up the class with a 6-minute cool down and stretching session to promote muscle recovery and prevent injury.
- Our instructors will guide you through various stretches to improve flexibility and aid in relaxation.



No prior boxing experience is necessary for this class. Our instructors will provide modifications and options to accommodate participants of all fitness levels.
