Registration opens at 12 PM, so mark your calendars and be ready to secure your spot. The challenge will push you to your limits with a series of exhilarating events and cutting-edge workouts. this is your opportunity to shine and claim the title of the fittest in town. 🏆

Join us for an action-packed afternoon of fitness and fun, as the event concludes at 4 PM. Don’t miss out on this epic showdown of strength and endurance. Participants must have admissions to the Summerfest grounds to participate.

For Time:

100 Jump Rope rotations

50 Squats

25 KB Swings (Rx: 53lb men/35 lb women – Scaled 35/20)

20 Push Ups (Rx M/F and scaled Male: Chest touches ground – Scaled Female: Pushups from knees are permitted)

15 Deadlifts (Rx: 225/125 – Scaled: 155/85

10 Box Jumps(Rx: 30/24” – Scaled: 24/20”, Step Ups are permitted

5 Burpees

PLUS a main stage event to test your featuring a Knockout station. Participants will have 2 minutes to throw as many punches as hard as they can utilizing wearable punch Trackers. This will give each participant a “KO Score”.
